The Hotel features a winter garden with views of the Caputher Gemünde. The terrace offers 106 seats where guests can watch yachts and boats or the happenings on the promenade. There are regularly BBQ evenings during summer. A monthly changing Téte a téteMenu is available.

Apart Hotel Haveltreff is located on the waterfront in Caputh, near Potsdam and Berlin. Berlin Brandenburg Airport is 60 km away. The Potsdam Main Train Station is 6 km away. Caputher Promenade is at the doorstep. The Schwielowsee lake, part of a chain of lakes of the middle Havel, is near the villages of Caputh, Geltow, and Ferch. Regionalbahn Potsdam - Berlin Schönefeld, Bahnstation Schwielowsee, is 450 meters from the Hotel.
