Auberge Ramstein features 20 rooms in Alsace style, each equipped with a bathroom including a shower or bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, flat screen TV, telephone and complimentary Wi-Fi. Some rooms include a balcony. Air-conditioned Comfort and Superior rooms are available with a bath and balcony. The rooms offer views of the vineyard and Ortenbourg castle. Each room is approximately 20m² and includes new bedding (180*200) and a seating area. Double rooms with a pool view are available, some situated on the first floor.
Creative Regional Cuisine
The Hotel restaurant offers gourmet and creative cuisine made from fresh, seasonal ingredients in a regional style. Ursula, the chef's wife, can help you choose from 250 wines. Three seasonal menus are offered. On weekends, guests can enjoy themed menus featuring Alsatian terroir. Dinner includes an amuse-bouche, 2 courses and dessert. The 'Lerchenbuehl' menu (€54) features tomato, salmon trout from the Val d'Orbey, fennel confit with bisque juice, Alsatian rhubarb and almond financier. A unique menu is served every Sunday lunchtime from November to June.
Relaxation and Activities
Guests can relax in the 135m² relaxation area, which includes a swimming pool and jacuzzi, open from 9am to 7pm. There's a view of the Rittersberg vineyards and Ortenbourg castle. The Hotel is situated to discover the Alsatian vineyard and the rich history of Alsace. Bicycles can be used for touring the area, the Alsace region is the 1st cycling region in France. The Véloroute du Vignoble runs near the Hotel. The Spa is the ideal location for relaxing after a day on the Alsace Wine Route.

Auberge Ramstein is located in Scherwiller, between Strasbourg and Colmar, in the heart of Alsace's vineyards, near the Château du Haut Koenigsbourg. Landmarks nearby include Eglise Saint-Pierre et Saint-Paul (0.5 km), Chateau du Ramstein (0.5 km), and Ortenbourg Castle (2.5 km). The Hotel is 28 km from Würth Museum and 28 km from House of the Heads. Strasbourg International Airport is the nearest airport (32 km away). Entzheim is 50 km from the Hotel.

The Hotel offers a continental breakfast and free Wi-Fi. Check-in is from 2 PM to 7 PM, and check-out is no later than 11 AM. The Hotel is open 7 days a week, and access is available on Sunday and Monday evenings via reservation with an access code.
