Hotel Bergland's cuisine features regional ingredients prepared with recipes handed down for generations. Senior chef Loisl and Joachim create dishes accompanied by wines from the wine cellar. Breakfast buffet (7:30 AM - 9:45 AM) includes delicacies from Pitztal farmers. A gourmet menu is served in the evenings (6:30 PM - 7:00 PM). On Mondays, a buffet is served with pasta prepared directly out of the Pitztal mountain cheese wheel by senior host Loisl.

Hotel Bergland offers Almsauna with infrared cabin (2:00 PM - 6:30 PM). Guests also have access to a tea bar with fresh spring water and apples. The Hotel provides ski tours leading to the 3,000-metre-high peaks, as well as guided hikes with host Michael. For families, Pitzi's Kids Club provides program for children between four and 14 years.
