From Friedrichshafen Airport, take bus route 18 to Hafenbahnhof, then the Catamaran to Konstanz/Hafen. From Zürich Airport, take the train to Konstanz/Hbf. Bus route 5 connects the Hauptbahnhof to the Gartenstraße bus stop, near the property. An underground parking garage is available for EUR 20.00 per night.

The reception is open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Weekly cleaning with garbage service, fresh bedding and towels is included. Additional cleaning is available for EUR 15.00. Additional bedding changes are EUR 5.00 per set, and extra towels are EUR 3.00 per set. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available, with coins at the reception. Bicycle racks in the underground garage are available free of charge. An iron and ironing board can be rented for EUR 6.00 per day. A dishwashing service is offered for EUR 5.00 per use.
