The Gasthof Taube in Bizau provides rooms crafted with wood from the Bregenzerwald region. Each room features a shower/WC, hairdryer, seating corner, flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. Gasthof Taube offers half board, including a Bregenzerwald country breakfast and a 4-course dinner. Meals are made from locally sourced produce. Head chef Michael Webendorfer and his team prepare traditional specialties, creations, and vegetarian dishes. Dinner is served from 18:00 to 20:00. There is an afternoon break from 14:30 to 16:30.

The Bregenzerwald Guest Card, included with stays of three nights or more, offers access to cable cars, public buses, and open-air pools. Cross-country skiing is available with the entry point near the Hotel and about 8.5 km of tracks around Bizau. Walking tracks are available with pink signboards. It is close to the ski resort Mellau Damuls (4 km), Werkraum Bregenzerwald (5.5 km), Heimatmuseum Bezau (2.5 km), Gopfberg (2.5 km), Sonderdach Cable Car (5.5 km), Bregenzerwaldbahn Museumsbahn (3 km), Bregenzer Ach (2.5 km), Kanisfluh (4 km), and Pfarrkirche St. Nikolaus Damuls (0.3 km).
Location and Access
Gasthof Taube is located in Bizau. The number 833 ski bus provides connections between Bizau, Mellau cable cars, and the Bezau chairlift. The cross-country ski track runs right past the property. A shuttle bus is available from the Taube in Bizau to concerts and other events in Schwarzenberg.
