The restaurant at Grimsel Hospiz features original furniture from the 1930s, including tables and chairs from Horgen-Glarus. The menu emphasizes regional products, with the majority of meat sourced from local butchers, milk from the dairy in Meiringen, and bread from the Frutiger bakery in Meiringen. Guests can enjoy selected wines by the glass and regional delicacies such as the 'Säumerplättli' platter on the terrace, which offers views of Lake Grimsel, the Finsteraarhorn peaks, and the Aare valley. The Felsenkeller wine cellar houses over 300 different wines, many from the Valais region. A small bistro named Spitallamm offers a self-service menu, open on Mondays from 09:00 to 17:00. Tarte flambée and steak sandwich are also on offer.

The property provides spaces for different events. The Arvensaal, featuring a fireplace, is suited to celebrations and private dining. The Turmsaal, with an area of 170 m2, accommodates 120 guests for banquets or 200 for standing receptions. It includes a permanently installed projector and screen, though it has limited daylight in winter. The Pionierzimmer, at 29 m2, is for meetings, accommodating 12 guests around a boardroom table and features access to a small terrace in winter and a TV. The Bergsteigerstübli provides an area of 21 m2 and can be used for short discussions or as an additional room for group work.
