Courses offered include Pasta, Chili & Co, Kräuter, and Frische Pilze. Küchenchefin Susanne Rimmele leads the courses. A show kitchen has been constructed.

Susanne Rimmele opened a Kochschule. A new conference room for max. 30 people was built, the restaurant was rebuilt, and the middle section was rebuilt from 17 existing rooms, spread over 3 floors, into 13 new modern Superior rooms. The Hotel has a new pavilion in the Hotel garden.
