At MAXIMILIAN MUNICH Apartments & Hotel you can choose from 58 double rooms, studios, suites, luxury suites, and family apartments ranging in size between 32 and 90 m². 45 units are located in the historic buildings and 18 in the popular garden houses and the newly built townhouse set amid our idyllic rose garden. All apartments feature a fully-equipped kitchenette, stylish bathrooms, as well as king or queen-size beds. Standard amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, Althaus tea, a flatscreen with German Sky TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The Townhouse double rooms offer a view of the rose garden and include a work desk. Select suites include a balcony.
Mediterranean Dining
Mediterranean specialities are offered in the Kleines Max restaurant with conservatory. You have the possibility to have an a la carte breakfast in the restaurant 'kleines Max '. Tables are sufficiently apart. Our guests can sit here until late into the evening over a cold beer, a tasty cocktail or a glass of fine wine, and savor a very special dining experience.
Wellness and Fitness
The Hotel offers a Wellness & Spa area featuring hand-painted tiles from the Black Forest and larch wood. Guests can also rest on wicker loungers in front of an electric fireplace under a color-changing starry sky. Additional sports and wellness offers a real oasis of peace and gathering point for new energy. Guests have free entrance to our fitness room, equipped with the latest professional equipment, training in our new light-flooded fitness studio with a view of the Rose Garden.
Location and Access
Maximilian Munich Apartments & Hotel is located in Altstadt-Lehel, featuring big-brand names on busy Kaufingerstrasse, designer labels on exclusive Maximilianstrasse and regional produce at the open-air food market, and good for retail therapy. The Hotel is near Marienplatz (0.5 km) and the English Garden (3.5 km). From the airport, take the S-Bahn line 'S1' or 'S8' to Marienplatz. From the main train station, take any S-Bahn line towards Ostbahnhof and get off at Marienplatz. The Riem fairgrounds are a 25-minute train ride away via the U2 and U3 lines. A parking space in our underground car park we charge 35,- € per car/day.
Services and Amenities
Maximilian Munich Apartments & Hotel offers complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property. Guests can book the Town-Suite for meetings or presentations. Babysitting services and baby cribs are available upon request. The reception is staffed 24 hours a day. Public washing machines and tumble dryers are available for € 10,- per usage. Dogs are welcome for an additional charge of €25 per animal/day, which includes a dog basket, bowl, and treats.
