Double rooms "Economy" are on the ground floor of the side wing and have views of the park or parking lot. Maisonettes, located in the attic of the side wing, include separate living and sleeping areas. Triple rooms are in the main house and have views of the castle courtyard. Castle Rooms "Comfort" are individually cut and in the main building. Castle Rooms "Superior Parkblick" are in the main house and offer views of the castle courtyard and park. Castle Rooms "Deluxe Boddenblick" are in the main building with views of the Großer Jasmunder Bodden. Suites in the main building provide panoramic views. All rooms include TV, free Internet access via WLAN, a desk, seating, telephone, minibar, a safe and a fully equipped bathroom. Some rooms have mahogany furniture with art nouveau elements. All rooms have carpeted floors. The Hotel offers soundproofed rooms.
Dining at the Castle
The Schlossrestaurant serves regional dishes and classics. The restaurant is certified by "Regional Food Culture Rügen," emphasizing regional quality and products. The restaurant and terrace overlook the Großer Jasmunder Bodden. The bar "Grafenschänke" offers cocktails and drinks. Every Sunday, live summer music is played on the terrace from July to August, weather permitting. Half-board menus are available until January 31, 2022. Coffee and cake from Rosencafé Putbus are available from 13:00 to 17:00. Open from 17:30 to 21:00.
Leisure and wellness
The Schlosshotel Ralswiek has a wellness area of almost 200 sqm, offering a freshwater pool and saunas. Spa treatments range from massages and aroma baths to facials and body cosmetics. The pool is open from 07:30 to 21:30. Other treatments include Lomi Lomi massage, ear candle treatment, herbal stamp massage, hot stone massage, and Abhyanga. Pampering treatments include aroma oil peeling and Cleopatra baths. Facials and full body packs are also available.

Schlosshotel Ralswiek is located above the natural stage of Ralswiek. The Hotel is near Castle Semper Inh. R. Wunsche (4.5 km), Kruppelbuchen (4.5 km), Marienkirche Bergen (6.5 km), Ossen (4 km), Stiftung Schlosspark Pansevitz (4.5 km), Stadtmuseum Bergen (6.5 km), and Ernst Moritz Arndt tower (6 km). It is accessible via the Rügenbrücke or Rügendamm bridges and the Stahlbrode-Glewitz car ferry. The island can be reached from Scandinavia in approximately four hours. The airport Rostock-Laage offers flights from Cologne-Bonn, Stuttgart, and Munich.
