Schloss Matzen offers double rooms and suites, each uniquely decorated with antiques. Rooms range from 35 m² to 80 m². All include LED/satellite TV and free wireless internet. Classic double rooms have marble bathrooms with corner bathtubs or showers. Superior double rooms (45 m²) feature historic details. Suites offer separate living rooms, bedrooms, and en suite bathrooms. Grand suites (75 m²) provide views of the grounds and Matzenpark, tiled stoves, and marble bathrooms. Some rooms are named after castle owners.
Dining at Matzen
The Hotel restaurant serves Austrian and international cuisine. Gut Matzen, below the castle, provides a restaurant, café, and garden dining. Breakfast is included in the room rate. Special dining arrangements may require advance communication with Hotel management.

Schloss Matzen overlooks the Inn River near Brixlegg in the Tyrolean Inn Valley. Kufstein, with its fortress, is 33 km away, and Innsbruck is 44 km away. Rattenberg is 5 minutes by car. Achensee lake is 20 km away. Kranebitten Airport is 50 km away. The Hotel is near Reintaler Lakes and Skijuwel Alpbachtal-Wildschönau.
