Some feature a balcony facing the yard and the parking lot with evening sun. There are rooms without a balcony on the second floor, equipped with large Velux Windows. The Hotel also offers the Auetal Suite, which includes one sleeping room, a living room with space for an additional bed and a pull-out sofa, a pantry, dining area, bathroom with shower, WC and a whirlpool, a second bathroom for handicapped guests with floor-level shower and WC, and a balcony. The Rosen Suite offers space for romance, approximately 65 sqm, with one sleeping room, a living room with space for an additional bed and a pull-out sofa, a pantry, dining area, bathroom with shower, WC and a whirlpool, a second bathroom equipped for handicapped guests with floor-level shower and WC, and a balcony. All rooms come with Satellite-TV, flat screen, radio, phone, and a safe. Bathrobes and spa bags with sauna towels are provided. Comfortable bed systems feature automatically adjustable slatted frames. Partly allergy-friendly furnishings are available.

Guests can enjoy the breakfast buffet daily from 7:00 to 11:00 a.m. with a large selection of tea and coffee specialties, bread, rolls, salads, fruit, sausages, and cheeses. The café in the heart of the Lüneburg Heath features a selection of premium Ronnefeldt teas and freshly brewed coffee specialties, accompanied by homemade cakes baked according to classic recipes by Elfriede Dierksen. The restaurant has been renovated, including the terrace in the inner courtyard.

Hotel Sellhorn offers a wellness area that includes a pool and sauna. The pool area is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Saturdays), and the sauna area is open from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The pool features a reverse water current system, neck massage nozzles, 'Wildquell', and a bubble bench. There is a blockhouse sauna (85°C), a bio sauna (60°C), and a fragrance grotto (42°C). Guests can also access a fitness room and enjoy various wellness treatments and massages, with colorful illumination and stimulating scents in the wellness area. Sea cosmetics with active ingredients such as algae, sea silt, and oyster shell extract are used in treatments. Guests can have Valuable Shea nut butter as well as the substances of the almond oil that gives the skin a smooth, youthful complexion. Chocolate is not only a pleasure for the senses, but an extraordinary wellness experience for all senses. A pedicure includes a foot bath, nail cutting, thinning and polishing, removing light corneal points and cleaning nail folds. Valuable Shea nut butter as well as the substances of the almond oil have a strengthening property.
