These rooms are furnished with stone, wood, and water elements, incorporating old wood paneling and box spring beds. Guests can select from Premium double rooms without a balcony or Comfort double rooms without a balcony that accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children on a sofa bed. Junior suites feature a jacuzzi, sitting area, two single beds, and a south-facing balcony. The Hotel also provides apartments for families or groups, including a 3-room apartment for up to 6 people and a spacious apartment for up to 10 people with a fireplace and fully equipped kitchen.

The Hotel restaurant serves fresh, regional dishes daily from 11:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The menu includes schnitzel fries and blue trout. Guests can accompany their meals with wines from Switzerland and abroad. The restaurant is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with a large menu available from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Sat & Sun from 11:30 a.m.). The Hotel offers a breakfast buffet with Prosecco or a non-alcoholic alternative. Regional specialties include organic trout from the Blausee. Homemade treats like apple strudel are available. The kitchen team emphasizes beautifully plated dishes.

Hotel Ermitage features a fitness center, free for Hotel guests, with professional infrastructure. Guests can book the sauna for private use, choosing between a Finnish sauna or an organic herbal sauna (max. 4 people). In winter, guests can enjoy tobogganing at Oeschinensee and ice skating on the frozen lake. The Hotel provides access to Kandersteg's Nordic skiing center. Combine activities with an ice walk on the frozen lake, maybe even ice skating. Hot pot available with Blümlisalp view.

Typically Swiss Hotel Ermitage is located in Kandersteg, 60 km from Belp, near the Oeschinensee cable car. The Hotel is near landmarks such as Elsigsee (4.5 km), Felsenburg (4 km), and Oeschinen See (3.5 km). Kandersteg is one of the most important Nordic skiing centers. The area offers hiking routes, climbing routes and mountaineering routes. Bus Stop is located in front of the Hotel.
