Comfort rooms share the same amenities as classic rooms. Superior rooms include a bathroom with a window, shower, separate toilet with bidet, hairdryer, makeup mirror, bathrobe and bath slippers, and a south-facing balcony with views of Monte Serla & Cima Nove. Family rooms are spacious with a separate single room or room with 2 separate beds, a bathroom (shower or bathtub, separate toilet with bidet, hairdryer, makeup mirror, bathrobe & slippers), flatscreen with SAT-TV and radio, WIFI, safe, telephone, panoramic balcony. Some rooms have a freestanding bathtub, walk-in wardrobe, seating area by the farmhouse stove, and a balcony with view of Monte Serla. Rooms with infrared cabins come with a balcony with a view of Aufkirchen.
Dining at Villa Monica
The onsite restaurant offers local dishes and classic Italian cuisine. A rich breakfast buffet includes home-made specialities. The gourmet half board features a 4-course menu with a large salad buffet and dessert. Special evenings include an Italian evening menu with antipasto buffet and a Tyrolean evening. The Hotel has a public restaurant in Dobbiaco serving gourmet food. Guests can sample wines from local South Tyrol winegrowers and abroad at wine tastings in the wine cellar.
Leisure and Wellness
Hotel Villa Monica features a wellness area with a Finnish old wood sauna that has panoramic view, Turkish steam bath, adventure shower, crushed ice, and relaxation room with wellness loungers, cosy blankets and panoramic view. A vitality corner offers herbal teas. Bathrobes and sauna towels are provided in the rooms. There is also a fitness room with Technogym equipment. Guests have access to 3 guided hikes and 2 guided mountain bike tours per week.
Location & Transport
Hotel Villa Monica is located in the heart of Dobbiaco, near the Three Peaks Dolomites. The bus station is 200 m away and the train station is 1 km away. A public shuttle bus provides transport to the Montelmo ski slopes, 5 km away. The Holidaypass guest card provides free access to public transport in South Tyrol. The Hotel offers free parking in front and behind the building, as well as in the underground car park (13 spaces). From the train stations of South Tyrol, you can reach your accommodation via collective or individual transfer.
