Natural Wood Rooms
Hotel Wieslhof provides natural wood rooms, each with an individual design that combines modern and traditional styles. Rooms include a balcony, bathroom, LCD TV, telephone, and safe. Family rooms accommodate three or four people with sofa beds. Suites feature separate living areas. Single rooms are furnished with natural spruce wood. Double rooms range from 16 to 33m² and include a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and some with a hairdryer, a sitting area, and a desk.
Alpine-Mediterranean Cuisine
The Hotel restaurant offers cuisine from both the kitchen and cellar. Diners can discover pasta dishes, ravioli, and dumplings with Alpine charm and Mediterranean influences. The kitchen uses fresh products from the Hotel's own farm in Jenesien, including fruits, vegetables, salads, and currants for homemade jam. Milk, cheese, meat, and wine are sourced from the South Tyrol region. Special diet options, including gluten- and lactose-free dishes, are available.
Activities and Relaxation
Hotel Wieslhof features a newly designed "Gartl" area. Guests can use the mountain inn sauna (Finnish or organic) and an outdoor whirlpool. The Hotel is located on a high plateau, 1220m above sea level, near hiking trails, including the Collepietra Alpine Ridgeway and the planetary trail. A free hiking bus provides transport to the cable car to Nova Levante. Guests can also visit the planetarium and solar observatory in San Valentino in Campo.

Hotel Wieslhof is located in Collepietra, 25 km from Bolzano, in the Catinaccio Latemar region. The Hotel is surrounded by the Catinaccio, Latemar, Corno Bianco, and Corno Nero mountains. Landmarks include Castel Cornedo and the Collepietra village museum, both worth a visit. The Hotel is located near the pyramid trail.

Wieslhof includes a daily salad and antipasti buffet, with a four-course set menu that includes vegetarian options. There is free WiFi in the Hotel rooms, garden, and on the terrace. Barbecue evenings are held in the summer. Upon request, special dishes are made for children, along with gluten and lactose-free dishes.
